We’re hiring an IT Support Technician (On-Site) to join TASProvider’s technology team. In this full-time role, you’ll provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth IT operations for both internal systems and client environments.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide hands-on technical support for hardware, software, and networks.
- Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment (computers, printers, phones).
- Troubleshoot connectivity issues and application problems.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and security settings.
- Maintain accurate documentation of issues and resolutions.
- Collaborate with IT team on updates, patches, and projects.
What We’re Looking For:
- 1–3 years of IT support or help desk experience.
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and networking basics.
- Problem-solving skills and customer-first attitude.
- Ability to manage tasks independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Microsoft/Cisco are a plus.
